How soon can I get my photos? 


We will usually fly several times per week. Safety is our number one concern. If the weather compromises the safety of the flight we will postpone it. There are very few cases in which we cannot shoot and ship your photographs within five business days.

Do I get a refund if I don't like the photo taken?

Our services are tailored toward your satisfaction. We cater to your personal 
 needs for the photos. It is highly unlikely that you will not find one or even 
 several photos that meet your needs. After all, we do ship ten or more different 
 photos of your single target. However, your business and future relationship 
 with Focused Flight is of the highest priority. If you are not satisfied with 
 the photos we have taken for you, we will reshoot them until we get it right, 
 at no extra charge.


Can I go up with the pilot to point out specifics?


It is not possible for customers to ride along during photo flights. We will discuss with you the specifics of your photo target prior to taking flight. It is our priority to shoot it right the first time.


 What are the methods of payment?


Currently Focused Flight accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards via paypal.

How can I get a discount?

Our services and investment page describes different ways that we are able to offer a 
 discount to you. Multiple Single Flight Photo Targets per 
 flight and Progress Photo Targets highlight these discounts.

Are there height and distance minimums from the target?

The FAA does have height and distance requirements that vary depending upon the type of airspace your target lies within or beneath. We do comply with these regulations on every photo flight. In most cases these restrictions will not affect our ability to capture the shot you are looking for.

How far away can you go and at what additional price?

Focused Flight is based at the Sarasota/Bradenton International airport. We can shoot photo targets around the state of Florida. If your photo target is outside of the counties listed on our services and investment page then there will be an additional charge. The additional charge is based on the extra time required to fly to your target. Generally the further your target is from SRQ, the higher the extra charge. It is important to know that your business is very important to us and we do not increase our margins for these types of targets. The additional charge is based purely on the additional airplane operating costs we incur.
